Windows users (I have no idea how those other programs work) can capture any individual image
by right-clicking on the image, and selecting "Save picture as...".

High-resolution versions (1 meg jpegs) of these and two or three hundred more images of domestic medicinal plants are available for individual purchase at very reasonable rates.
